R & R Estates is a private estate village located in beautiful Valencia City on the island of Mindanao, Philippines. Our village of six bungalow style cottages is conveniently located on a hilltop close to the heart of the city near shopping, services, parks and tourist attractions. Yet it is tucked away among a beautiful natural floral and fruit trees that makes it a tropical paradise. Each bungalow has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, dining room and living room with a gazebo overlooking the city. All bungalows are fully furnished and air conditioned. Ample parking is available on the premises. Our caretaker, who lives in a seventh bungalow on the premises, is always ready to offer laundry, chauffeur services and to prepare meals as requested.
